“Music is what feelings sound like”

~ The fact that music can induce goosebumps, draw a tear, inspire & connect is one of my favourite parts of being a human~

Although silence is a beautiful thing, sometimes music can speak to the words we can’t express & I believe, with the right intention & style of class, it can really compliment one’s yoga practice. I’ve always been that student to hunt my teacher down post class for a specific song/piece that made me smile, laugh or deeply resonated with me in a special, emotional way. It warms my heart when someone asks me for the name of a song/piece they heard in one of my classes so I’ve decided to share a variety of what cycles through my yoga playlists.
